Riverbend Housing Company, Inc. is a New York State Mitchell-Lama housing cooperative in the center of Harlem with 624 simplex and duplex residential units. A hidden gem located in the heart of Harlem since 1967, fostering a vibrant and collaborative community atmosphere.

The governance of Riverbend Housing Company is entrusted to an eight-member resident Board of Directors, who play a pivotal role in shaping community policies. Notably, any shareholder meeting the criteria specified in the Riverbend By-laws has the opportunity to run for election to the Riverbend Board of Directors, thereby actively participating in the cooperative's leadership and decision-making processes. Riverbend is professionally managed by Prestige Management Inc.
